We took a couple of trips off the beach of the St George Island beach into the Gulf of Mexico. It wasn't too rough either day so that was a nice way to get acquainted. We saw lots of Jellyfish on both trips - they hung around for their pictures. The dolphin were a little more awkward, we could see them and we could even paddle after them but sadly they wouldn't stick around for their photo ops.
